Bonded Foam is a high-density acoustic foam for sound insulation and absorption in engine rooms (marine and land-based), machinery enclosures, and other industrial applications. Available as self-adhesive sheets in 10, 20, 30 and 50 mm thicknesses, with optional aluminium topcoat for added protection.

Typical sizes: 1000 × 1200 mm (10 mm) and 1000 × 2000 mm (20–50 mm). Other densities (70/80/100 kg/m³) and custom dimensions are available on request.

• Performance & durability: temperature range −40 °C to +120 °C; thermal conductivity λ = 0.036 W/m·°C; self-adhesive strength ≈ 17 N/cm.
• Alu topcoat option: foil variant approved per FVSS-302 and tested per ASTM D2863-76 / ISO 4589:1984(E); moisture barrier per BS 3177 (≈ 0.10 g/m²/day).
• Easy installation: apply to clean, degreased metal; for ceilings, use mechanical fixings on ≥ 30 mm at 130 kg/m³; seal joints with aluminium tape.
