The Special Absorbers range (LA13SE, LA20SE, LA25SE, LDA13SE, LDA25SE, MX5-LA20SE, MX5-LA25SE) are self-adhesive acoustic absorbent panels featuring a cleanable, heat-reflective aluminium topcoat. Designed for hygiene-sensitive environments and demanding applications—such as food processing, engine rooms, wind turbines, buses, offshore and office machinery—they deliver reliable airborne noise control with a professional finish.

SE models provide high absorption in 13/20/25 mm thicknesses. LDA variants add 1.6 mm vibration damping, while MX5 versions integrate a 5.0 kg/m² sound-insulation sheet for extra transmission loss. Typical sheet size is 1000 × 1500 mm. Temperature resistance: −40 °C to +120 °C. Fire performance: self-extinguishing; meets ASTM D2863, ASTM D1692, FMVSS-302 and BS 5852 (Crib 5).
