LD13 and LD13AL are self-adhesive bitumen-based vibration damping sheets for structure-borne noise control on metal sheets (up to ~1.5 mm). LD13 features a matte surface; LD13AL adds an aluminium face for hygiene-critical areas such as food processing and laboratories. Typical uses include ventilation ducts, machinery panels, guards and enclosures.

Approx. thickness: 1.6 mm · weight: 1.6 kg/m² · sizes: LD13 1000×1020 mm, LD13AL 1000×1050 mm. Loss factor on 1 mm steel at 200 Hz: LD13 ≈ 0.13, LD13AL ≈ 0.10. Temperature: LD13 −30 °C to +120 °C; LD13AL −15 °C to +120 °C (briefly +150 °C). LD13AL flammability: FMVSS-302 (0 mm/min).
